Old Forest Jazz with The Ghost, the King and I - The Music of George Gershwin

Old Forest Jazz! That means jazz at the Witte Villa in Oudenbosch. The ideal Friday night, as you have come to expect from us!

On 20 September 2024, the legendary trio 'The Ghost, The King and I' featuring Rob van Bavel (piano) Frans van Geest (bass) and Vincent Koning (guitar) will come to Oudenbosch.

To mark the 15-year anniversary of this trio, the CD 'We got Rhythm' (the music of George Gershwin) was recently released; the music is a combination of their own arrangements of some of George Gershwin's standards, but also the more classical works such as the 3 Preludes, the Piano arrangements and even parts of the Rhapsody in Blue!

The garden room opens half an hour before the start. The concert is without intermission and afterwards there will be an opportunity to chat together over a drink. NOTES. This venue is not wheelchair accessible.
