The production of thrillers is almost inexhaustible in the Nordic countries; today's has another very original synopsis. Sons is set in the prison where Eva works as a jailer. She loves the job and performs her work with pleasure. Until she spots Mikkel in a new group of prisoners. She immediately asks to be transferred to the heavily guarded ward where Mikkel is housed and it takes a while to find out why she does so....
We know director Gustav Möller from Den skyldige (8.48) from 2018, IFFR's audience winner.
