Thibaut is a conductor and Jimmy plays in the local brass band. They are brothers but do not know of each other's existence. When Thibaut is diagnosed with leukaemia and seeks a bone marrow donor, the dna test reveals that his sister Rose is NOT his sister. Upon adoption, which he was also unaware of, he was separated from his brother. The meeting between Thibaut and Jimmy is difficult: their lives are completely different and although they share the same genes, they hardly have anything in common. Can their shared love of music bring them together?
