Mahin, 70, wants to make something out of life 30 years after her husband's death, and in a restaurant she speaks to Faramarz, apparently a nice man her age. He turns out to be a taxi driver and, like Mahin, he was bothered by the authorities because he played in a band that performed at weddings. When Mahin invites Faramarz to her flat to bake her favourite cake for him, it becomes an unexpected and unforgettable evening....
"You see it all on the face of fantastic actor Lily Farhadpour - the melancholy, hope, mischief and determination. Taxi driver Faramarz (Esmail Mehrabi, equally good) catches her eye and she does not rest until he comes to visit her. The best night of his life, he will confess demurely yet radiantly."
