General booking conditions ticketshop Visit Halderberge
Visit Halderberge uses Ticketcounter technology to provide Tickets. The booking terms of Ticketcounter apply.
First contact regarding the change or cancellation of tickets booked via the ticketshop is done via the Ticketcounter service desk at info@ticketcounter.nl . In many cases, this involves a change or cancellation fee of €2.50 per booking. General terms and conditions for bookings
Oudenbosch, 1 January 2021
These conditions apply to individuals, organisations, institutions, companies and tour operators for bookings of public city walks, private city walks and private burgundy city walks organised by Visit Halderberge as well as special customised walks.
The booking
Private tours and city walks can be booked via the online booking system, by email, by phone or at the desk of the Tourist Information Point in Oudenbosch. Only after you have received a booking confirmation is a booking final and the contract concluded. The right of withdrawal does not apply to reservations for guided tours and/or city walks.
City tours you sign up for should be booked in advance via the online booking system or by mail/telephone at the tourist information office. Without prior registration, you are not entitled to participate in the tour if an open guided tour is fully booked. Tour participants receive a ticket after booking. This ticket serves as booking confirmation and agreement.
If, within a booking or package, activities take place that are not organised by Visit Halderberge but by third parties, the booking and cancellation conditions of that organisation or foundation shall apply.
The agreement
Visit Halderberge is only committed to the provide the service after you have received the Confirmation with Invoice and payment has been transferred to the account of Visit Halderberge Foundation or paid in cash/per pin to the guide in case of a last-minute booking. (see also: The payment)
During a city tour (private or open), a group consists of a maximum of 20 people per guide (including children).
If a private group is larger than 20 people, an extra guide will be called in, again with a maximum of 20 people. For open guided tours, a second guide will only be hired if there is sufficient interest (at least 20 people).
Participation is at your own risk. Visit Halderberge cannot be held liable for any material or immaterial personal damage suffered by participant(s) during a tour or arrangement or for damage caused by participant(s) to third parties during the tour or arrangement.
Dutch law applies to all reservations and bookings.
The tariffs
The rates as stated by Visit Halderberge in the booking system apply, no rights can be derived from the website.
The regular city walk, apart from the walks with open registration, can be booked from 8 people.
The Burgundian city walk can only be booked with a group of 8 people or more.
Payment
Payment can be made when booking in the online booking system, the tourist information point for last-minute bookings, or afterwards by invoice for customised packages. The payment period is 14 days.
Non-attendance (on time) of a groupp
In case of non-appearance of the group on the agreed date and time of the tour or package, the agreed amount for city tour and any other activities booked through Visit Halderberge will still be invoiced.
Cancellation and changes
Cancellations should be made in writing via info@visithalderberge.com
stating group name, contact person and date.
Standard is:
- In case of cancellation more than 7 days before the reserved date:
no fees are due.
- In case of cancellation 7 to 2 days before the reserved date:
payable is 50 % of the total amount of the reservation.
- In case of cancellation 2 days or less before the reserved date:
payable is 100 % of the total amount of the reservation.
Date and/or time can only be changed by mutual agreement. If it is not possible to change the date or time by mutual agreement, the cancellation conditions apply.
With regard to Visit Halderberge, the following applies:
Visit Halderberge undertakes to carry out the confirmed and paid for tours.
Visit Halderberge may make changes to the scheduled guides without consultation, such as mentioned in the confirmation.
If justified, Visit Halderberge may, by agreement, make changes make changes to the agreed programme. In doing so, efforts will always be made to offer an equivalent product .
Visit Halderberge will make every effort to provide the tour or package according to booking and to the carry out the customer's wishes. In case of force majeure of any kind, as a result of which Visit Halderberge has to cancel the walk, settlement will take place in consultation with the customer.
